Hey guys! I'm a big fan of Led Zeppelin, Van Halen & Metallica... I must tell you guys are pretty wrong about Linkin Park... Linkin Park is an "alternative rock" band, & it should be considered so... It is one of the best bands ever...So, please stop hating it... Its genre is quiet different...
There are a few tracks of Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Metallica and many other bands that I don't like... But there's absolutely no song of Linkin Park, that I don't like... All its songs are great... You guys should listen to it sometime... It's good... You yourself know that ;)

"In the end", Led Zeppelin rules! But Linkin Park rocks at the same time & will climb up the "Stairway to Heaven" someday...

Linkin Park are one of the best bands contemporary bands atm. huge fan of hybrid theory and meteora. jay-z was a complete fail.
Another good band is From Autumn To Ashes =P dont even see them here though =( but they're awesome

Hey the are not as bad as people say about.Their songs are quite nice..listen to songs like 'In the end'..they have nice meanings...but they are not the band to get in the top five..and i think Led Zeppelin rightfully leads the list.....
Stairway to heaven should have got yhe best place in song category....

Great speech Zeppelinrules!!. I agree with u 100 percent and i too am 16 years old only. Funny isnt it how more and more young people are ditching this radio friendly commercial crap like stinkin park and switching to the old legends and buying old albums that were released well before they were born. Looks like people are finally realizing what real music is.
To support my point check out amazon.com and youll be surprised to see that that the beatles Sgt Peppers released 40 years ago beats stinkin parks (record company darlings) minutes to midinght released about 2 months ago in sales rank!!!!
I sense change in the air, looks like another Nirvana (perhaps wolfmother but they still have to improve a lot) is about to come that will save rock

linkin park is merely a trend who wil be forgotten once this nu metal trend dies out just like boybands and hair metal.In 15 years time no one will even remember them unlike the great rock bands like Led Zeppelin,Beatles,Rolling Stones,The Who,Deep Purple,Black Sabbath,AC/DC,Aerosmith,Guns N Roses,Pink Floyd,Queen,Jimi Hendrix,Iron Maiden,Metallica etc: who will be remembered forever. These great bands and great musicians have survived the test of time and even ater so many years still have thousands of fans.Linkin Park fans just because radio and crapTV(MTV) does not play the great legends that ive just mentioned does not mean they suck and are irrevelent in todays world they are what real rock is. You guys should be more open minded and not get fooled by radio and Mtv who are only interested in making money.
Im only 17 and i too once upon a time used to listen to this radio shit but i was open minded and looked beyond and discovered what real music is. Hope you do too.

Fuckin lousy morons who hide under the metal genre when actually these guys are an insult to metal and rock in general.Fake metal by wannabe men whos fanbase includes ignorant children and teenagers who are under the mistaken impression that linkin park is very hardcore and "cool" while actually these guys r gay losers and there is nothing hardcore about them besides chester sounds like the a gay singer from a boyband. Actually this is exactly what linkin park is a gay boyband that decided to play guitars and drums. Proof of this is that almost all linkin park fans( and theyre quite a lot) i know of used to listen to sissy pop acts like britney spears and gay boybands like backstreet boys, nsync etc: when these boybands were the so called "cool" thing to listen to back in the late 90s. When these boybands became uncool and disappeared from the mainstream these boyband fans then switched to linkin park as honestly there was little difference between the two.

LP is my fav band ever but everyone knows that until they put out another 3 or 4 albums similar to Hybrid Theory they wont be recognized as one of the greatest such as Pink Floyd and Springsteen.
